Can Blue Ox Tow Bar be Used to Flat Tow 2023 Ford Maverick with Roadmaster Base Plate

Question:

Getting a 2023 Ford Maverick next month, to tow behind our sprinter motorhome. I have a Jeep wrangler now with a Blue Ox bar I do not like the look of the Blue Ox base plate on the Maverick as much as the Roadmaster. The roadmaster has a cleaner look, and the attachement points are closer, and also no need to cut out the bumper. What are your thoughts on the best plate for this truck Can I use the roadmaster base plate with the Blue Ox bar?

Yes you can use a Blue Ox tow bar with the Roadmaster base plate kits like the Direct Connect part # RM97RR that fits your 2023 Ford Maverick. It just comes down to picking the correct adapter which would be the # BX88185 and you'd be set.
