Is There A Minimum Width Needed Between Baseplate Attachment Points

Question:

Is there a minimum width needed between the attachment points on the vehicle being towed or if it fits is it OK?

Expert Reply:

The width of the attachment points on the vehicle (baseplate) are all determined by the baseplate manufacturer to work with the frame of the vehicle to properly distribute the weight and still fit with the other components. There isn't a set standard as each vehicle has a different frame and would require different spacing.

If you could provide me with the vehicle you have I'd be happy to recommend everything you need to flat tow your vehicle.
