How to Find Replacement Axle for 2014 Bass Tracker 190 Trailer With Broken Hub and Spindle
Question:
I HAVE A 2014 BASS TRACKER 190, THE HUB BROKE OFF WHILE HAULING MY BOAT. THE WAY IT LOOKS I WOULD HAVE TO CUT OFF THE SPINDLE BUT IM NOT SURE. WHAT SIZE AXLE WOULD I NEED TO REPLACE IT? THINKING THAT MIGHT BE THE BEST SOLUTION. IDEAS??

I definitely agree with you, total replacement is the best option here. Replacing a spindle requires special tools so more than likely the cost involved will be the same as an axle replacement. You also don't know if the axle itself was damaged when the hub broke off.
In order to find a replacement axle you will need to know the capacity as well as the hub face measurement. More than likely this information is on the axle tag. If it has the capacity but not the length you can measure, or the manufacturer will have the information based on the serial number.
For example, if you have a 3,500 lb axle with a hub face measurement of 89" you can use the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam # T3584F-EZ-8974 you were looking at. You will also need to match the spring center, but that can be changed if it isn't the same as what you have on your trailer. This has a spring center length of 74". If you need a different length you can cut off the spring seats and weld on # TRSS238 to match.
I have attached a diagram below, along with a helpful video on how to measure for your reference. I also included a link to all of our available axles which can be filtered by length and capacity.
