Will the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack directly fit the oval factory/OEM crossbars of the 2018 Honda CRV with the included clamp-on adapters? Thanks.

If you're talking about actual crossbars (running from side-to-side) and not factory rails (running from front-to-back) then yes the Thule ProRide XT # TH598004 will be a compatible fit. The factory honda crossbars are exactly like the Yakima Jetstream aero bars # Y56UV, as a compatible comparison.
