Hello I have a 2019 Nissan Rogue SV AWD need to add hitch for a 325# Electric Wheelchair with a carrier can it work with my SUV

I do have a way for you to transport your 325lb wheel chair with your 2019 Nissan Rogue SV AWD, but you won't be able to use a cargo carrier because while the trailer hitch # e98846 for your vehicle has a 525lb capacity, your vehicle is only rated for 110lbs of tongue weight per Nissan.

To safely transport your wheel chair you'll need to use a trailer with the following components:

Wiring Harness # 118480
Ball Mount # 989900

While I know this isn't the news you wanted to hear, this is the only option minus using a different vehicle like a large full size SUV or truck which is rated for enough tongue weight to carry the wheel chair on a carrier.
