Yes, you can use the Hopkins Agility brake controller, # HM47294, with your 2014 Toyota Tundra. If your Tundra came with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector you will also need wiring harness # HM47815 which plugs into the factory brake controller connector on your Tundra.

The factory brake controller plug on your Tundra is normally located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. But it could also be behind the kick panel in this same area.

If your truck did not come with a 7-Way trailer connector but it does have a 4-Way then you will need to use Installation kit # ETBC7. This kit includes the 7-Way and the wiring/accessories needed to hardwire in the brake controller. I have included some links that explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
