To find the front connection point for wiring harness # 118518 first, locate the vehicle battery under the hood of your 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander. It should be on the driver side. You will need to move it rearward as much as possible, or completely remove it, to gain access to the area behind the headlight.
Look for a wiring harnesses behind the headlight. Taped to one of them should be a wire with a gray connector on the end that is not connected to anything. It is possible that the harness is further back or has fallen down and you will need to fish around for it.
I have included a link to the installation details for you for reference and a video showing a typical installation for you. If you do not have any luck then I would swing by a Mitsubishi dealer and ask them to fish it out for you. It is possible that Mitsubishi moved the location of the connector.
I have included a picture that shows what it looks like as well.
