Trailer Hitch and Wiring for 2019 Ford Escape Towing Trailer without Brakes
Question:
hi, i have a local mechanic who is installing this trailer hitch. It is for a ford escape, and for a small trailer so i dont need a trailer brake. i think i need a c45534, e98866, 118802 and do i need a hm40975? thanks for your help

All of the parts you mentioned are exactly what you would need. The etrailer hitch # e98866 is correct fit for your 2019 Ford Escape, the wiring kit part # 118802 is a confirmed fit, and the ball mount # C45534 would be correct ball mount and hitch pin lock setup.
Since the trailer doesn't have brakes you wouldn't need a 7-way.
