Is There a Lift Kit for a 2012 Palomino Traverse Camper with AL-KO Torsion Axles
Question:
I chatted with Danial, yesterday afternoon. I told him I have a 2012 Palomino Traverse Grand Teton Tent Trailer GAWR 3500lbs. He recommended the Tippert LC 382741. However I was able to remove the tire today and the two bolt heads are 6 1/2 inch center to center, so the LC 382741 will not work. What will work? The book that came with the trailer said that the axle AL-KO rubber Torsion Suspension.

I do have another option for you but we don't carry lift kits for AL-KO torsion axles nor do I think these are available. Therefore, the only way we would be able to offer you a lift is with new axles, the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System part # ASR3500S06 which will allow you to reuse your old hubs or hubs/drums. The axles have a built-in 4" lift for more ground clearance and give you independent operation. They can be bolted or welded to the frame.
