Recommended 6 to 7-Way Umbilical Cable for 2006 Honda Element
Question:
I have a 2011 Winnebago Navion on a 2010 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis and I would like to use the existing 7 wire plug on it and the existing lights on my 2006 Honda Element, would like to mount a 6 wire plug on the front of my Blue Ox base-plate. Which product would you recommend for my set-up?

We have just what you're looking for in the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles which has a 7-way for the tow vehicle side and a 6-way for the towed vehicle side. It has not only the umbilical that goes between but also the wiring and didoes you need to hook up and control the lights on the vehicle. It's offered in both a straight cable as part # RM-152-98146-7 and coiled cable as part # RM-15267. The straight cable is used when you have a tow bar with channels for an umbilical and the coiled cable is used when you don't have a tow bar with channels for an umbilical. The extra circuit means you can run a charge line through the umbilical to charge the towed vehicle's battery with a kit like the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit part # RM-156-75.
