Is there a replacement latch over the 7 pin female connection for the part number HM11143395?

The cover is not replaceable on the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # HM11143395. The cover is important because if water gets inside and touches the contacts, it will cause corrosion and short out the lights so I recommend a full replacement.
