Front mount hitches like the Curt item # C31078 do not have a class rating like you see in rear hitches. It is confirmed to fit a 2019 Ford F-350 unless your truck is a dually.
The Curt Front Hitch item # C31078 has a 2" receiver and is made in the USA. It has a gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs. It does have the ability to line pull up to 9,000 lbs.

If your F-350 is a dually then you will need the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 306-X7904.
