Roof Rack Recommendation for a 2013 Nissan Rogue with Raised Side Rails

My Rogue has side rails and I am looking for cross bars that will clamp on that can be used with a rooftop carrier. The rooftop carrier has a spread of 23inch on center for the attachment to the crossbars.

It should also be able to have the spread of the crossbars the 23 inch dimension you said you needed for your cargo carrier.
