Typically there will be some sort of model number somewhere on the rooftop unit under the shroud, or a sticker on the controller in between the condenser and air distribution box, or even just on the inside of the air distribution box. You might even luck out and find the wiring diagram on the controller or condenser unit since they typically have it readily available to help make installation easier. We don't carry Dometic's DuoTherm line so I would have to contact them with the model number to know the exact wiring diagram.

AC's can seem super complicated because there's a bunch of wires but it's honestly a lot easier than you'd think. If you're just replacing the rooftop (condenser) unit then you'll just need to take a look at the wiring harness that runs from the rooftop unit to the controller. It will have either a 6-pin or 9-pin connector (pictured below). If it's a 6-pin you can use a unit like the # ACDOM135 you were looking at. If it's a 9-pin you'll just need the # ACCOLKIT adapter.

If you're wanting to replace the entire system you could go with the # FR92PR if you don't want a wall thermostat or the # FR55PV if you do want a wall thermostat.

The controller for your unit should have a positive, neutral, and ground for the AC power in and then then wires running to thermostat whether its a manual like the # FR92PR or to a wall thermostat like the # FR55PV. You'll want to unplug the trailer for shore power before taking anything apart to ensure your own safety. If you have more questions then let me know and I can help walk you through it.
