Largest Wheel Size Offered With a 5 on 4-1/2 Inch Bolt Pattern

do you offer a 16, 5 lug, 4-1/2inch bolt circle with 2.8inch hub bore steel wheel?

The largest steel trailer wheels we have with 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern are 15" in diameter. They are available in either a 3.19" hub bore like wheel # AM20545 or 2.62" hub bore like the wheel # AM20504. Both these wheels are lug centric so you would be able to use the larger 3.19" hub bore unless your trailer hub requires hub centric wheels.
