I have a few options for you to help with identifying the hubs on your trailer. The first and easiest method would be to crawl under the trailer and look for the axle tag on the beam. This should give an axle capacity which we can then use to find the bearings based off industry standards. For example, a 6,000 lb axle uses a 25580 inner and 15123 outer bearing like what comes with the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-655-6-G-K.

The other option would be to take the hubs off the trailer and either read the part numbers off the old bearings or measure them with a dial caliper to the nearest thousandth of an inch. I have attached an article that goes over this process in more detail.

I have also attached a link with list of our hub selection.
