Will the Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Shank Work with Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System

Question:

Hi - Im looking for something to help stabilize towing with a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee pulling an Intech Sol Horizon. I currently have an E2 trunnion 600 lb TW WDH. Is the E2 Trunnion WDH compatible with the GY54FR GenY Torsion shank? Any issues with that I should be aware of other than the added payload hit on the Jeep from the GenY shank? And what is the return policy on the GenY Torsion shank? Specifically wondering if it can be returned if I purchase it and find that it doesnt provide any substantial benefit although from the reviews Im seeing Im guessing that it will be really helpful with the Jeep, which gets a lot of movement/bounce from the trailer when towing. Thanks!

The Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Shank part # GY54FR is compatible with the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System. I found the shank to provide a big difference in ride quality which you can see in my review below. The only thing I did find in my review that you'll want to pay attention to is ground clearance. It's recommended that you have at least 14" from the center of the receiver to the ground.
