Will Fulton Spare Tire Carrier Hold a 16 Inch E-Rated 5th Wheel Trailer Tire

I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS SPARE TIRE BUMPER MOUNT WILL SAFELY HOLD A TIRE FROM MY 5TH WHEEL: TIRE SIZE IS 235 X 65R 16 WITH AN E WEIGHT RATING 5TH WHEEL IS A 2012 CEDAR CREEK SILVERBACK.

Fulton spare tire carrier, # FHDSTC0101, is meant to mount on a 3x5 trailer frame. It could mount to a trailer bumper as long as the bumper a) has the proper dimensions, and b) the bumper is made of steel and has a continuous weld its entire length. The bumper will also need to be rated for carrying weight.
The carrier itself will fit most 5, 6, and 8 lug wheels up to 16-1/2 inches in diameter. If you have a 5-lug wheel the bolt pattern will have to be 5 on 4-1/2 (see link explaining bolt pattern). The weight should not be an issue as long as the bumper is rated high enough. But the carrier is rated for 45 pounds so it is possible that your tire and wheel will weigh more than that.
