In order to measure for the correct slide topper for your 2022 Twilight TWS 2280 trailer, you'll just need to measure the entire width of your slide-out including the flange.
For instance, if you measured between 86" and 91", then the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000163288 will work great for you.
