Yes, the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Series Clamp-On Roof Rack, # RR67YR, is a correct fit for your 2004 Chevy Impala with naked roof.

When mounted on your Impala the two square crossbars will be positioned 29-1/2 inches apart (measured center to center) and will have a 165-lb weight capacity. Please refer to your Impala owners manual for any restrictions or guidelines about rooftop cargo weight capacity. If the vehicle and rack have different weight capacities you need to go by the lower of the two ratings.
