The SAE number is often not a super reliable source of information when it comes to finding a replacement. However, if the lens you're needing for your 2019 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite Travel Trailer measures : 4" long x 2" tall x 1/2" deep, then you can use the:
Replacement Amber Lens for Optronics MC32 or MCL32 Series Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Lights # A32AB.
If not, then I recommend just swapping the entire light out with the Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Reflex Reflector # MC32AB.
This is the complete assembly for the # A32AB, measures 4" long, 2" tall, is 1-1/16" deep, and has a power draw of 12.8 volts.
Attached are a couple of videos as well as an installation video for you to check out as well.
