I do have an option for you but in order to tow a fifth wheel trailer using a truck with RamBox, you must use a rotating pin as the pin box would otherwise come into contact with the inside of the bed walls due to the RamBox feature and the bed walls being further into the bed. This is all fine and dandy but there is one big problem with your current setup, you can't use a rotating pin box with a gooseneck to fifth wheel adapter because of the torque they create.
Therefore, if you want to be able to tow a fifth wheel trailer with your truck you will need to remove the current hitch on the truck and pin box on the trailer. I recommend using the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3255 with B&W Custom Installation Kit part # BWRVK2605 for the truck and the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin part # RP34FR (Fits Lippert 1621) for example for the trailer. The Sidewinder Wedge Kit for B&W, Demco, and Husky Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP74FR will also be required.
