The TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX46NV hasn't been tested with Access tonneau covers, but has been confirmed to work with numerous other inside-the-bedrail style tonneau covers so I don't see you having a problem with fitment. In the attached video below you'll see Ryan has this ladder rack and a hard cover, which typically can give you some issues when used in conjunction with a ladder rack, and is having no fitment issues.
