Yes, but you will first need to install the Curt Custom Rail Kit # C16427-104 in the bed of your truck to provide the attachment point for the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider # C16541 that you referenced.
If you have the factory rail kit you would want the Reese 5th Wheel Adapter for OEM Underbed Rail Kit # RP30154 instead of the # C16427-104.
