Why cant this be used with weight distribution bars

Since the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Cross Tube # 41990 is a universal part and not vehicle specific it is impossible to rate the amount of torsional force the tube would be capable of supporting without mounts. And as this is generally used on vehicles with much stronger rear suspension components than passenger vehicles they do not generally call for a weight distribution hitch to reduce rear sag.
