Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2019 Honda Civic

Hi, We just had a nightmare ordering a Hitch through CARiD for our 2019 Honda Civic. We decided to try another company. Can you help me locate one? Is there an install video? Would you need to cut the metal and plastic bumper in order to install? Thanks for your help in advance.
