Expert Reply:
The Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer # UF39-941707 was designed more for travel trailers and 5th wheels but this is a universal application so as long as the frame of your 1996 Fleetwood Flair Class A is within the 42" to 77" wide range, you have at least 24" of space on the frame for the brackets, and there is room for this unit to fit under your motorhome then you'll be just fine.
For universal-type applications like this you have to do the measuring on your end as every installation is different and these types of jacks aren't custom fit to pre-existing holes.
