Are there any instructions how to change settings on the screen

There isn't much you can change on the monitor of the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System part # HM50002 but if you press the IN button you can use the up and down buttons to toggle between hitch mode and everyday mode. You can see more info on this in the attached install instructions link as well as review video link.
Pressing the IN button also allows you to toggle between various color and brightness settings as well.
