Replacement Water Heater Recommendation For Discontinued Atwood Water Heater

Question:

It appears etrailer does not sell the Atwoood 91043 gas regulator anymore nor current 91602 replacement? I fear it has been discontinued, noting Atwood was bought out by another manufacturer which I believe uses 91602 part # for the gas valve. If you do not sell it, can you lead me to someone who does ? Thanks

I did some digging around, and unfortunately it appears that the Atwood Regulator 91602 regulator has been discontinued and is not going to be available anywhere.

In this instance, it is your best bet to replace the entire unit since its replacement parts are no longer available, and there are not any other parts that you can use from other manufacturers that is compatible with your unit.

I know it's not an ideal saturation, however I do recommend checking out the:

-Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot # FR98SR for a replacement.

This water heater is a great option as it is more efficient than older tank style systems, meaning you can actually use up to 144 gallons of hot water an hour which will allow for longer showers without the fear of running out of hot water.

Additionally, this unit measures 12-5/8" wide x 12-5/8" tall x 19-1/4" deep, has a cutout of 16-1/8" tall x 16-1/8" wide and has a heating capacity of 13,000 - 60,000 Btu.
