The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRTT350J will fit your 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty Tremor just fine but you may need to add a spacer and acquire longer hardware since your Tremor is lifted.

The Timbrens measure 7" tall altogether and you need to have a gap in the range of 1/2" to 1-1/2" from the Timbren to the contact point. If you measure the frame where your OEM bumpstop is to where it makes contact with the axle section and that's more than 8-1/2" then you need to add a spacer or spacers so the spring makes contact when it should.

For a 1/2" spacer use part # TA25722-90P00 but for a 1" spacer use part # A25723-90AH00. You can mix and match these as-needed but be sure to get longer bolts with a Grade 8 rating since the included bolts are meant for applications without a lift.
