I do have an option for you but the only roof vent fan we offer in 110/120VAC is the Ventline Roof Vent part # V2128SP-01 which has a manual lift opening and powered fan. It installs into a standard 14" x 14" or 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" opening. In order to complete your installation you'll also need the Roof Vent Installation Kit part # 344270KITW.
