Roof Rack Options for a 2014 Subaru Outback with Side Rails
Question:
Hi, The factory siderails are flush with the roof and have no openings, so I cant attach cords to them. Is there a device I can attach to the siderails so cord connection isnt limited to the crossbars? Thanks,

It sounds like you're looking for a roof rack for your 2014 Subaru Outback. If that's the case we have some great options but they will be based on the roof type. The only roof options available for this vehicle are raised side rails or raised side rails with stowable crossbars. If you can let me know which you have or send a photo I'd be glad to assist further. The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack part # MPG216 which is what I recommend actually works with both types although the crossbar spread would be much less if you have the stowable crossbars.
I am not aware of a flush side rail options for a Subaru Outback.
