Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch to Use w/ a Ram OEM Prep Package and a Reese Revolution Pin Box

I have a 2012 Keystone High Country Cougar 5th wheel it currently has on it a 10k Reese Revolution Pin box on it does Reese make a Goosebox replacement for it or does Gen Y make a replacement for it ?

Thanks for the pictures! I have a solution for you but there is no way to replace a Reese Revolution pin box with a goosebox or a Gen-Y. They do not make an alternative for the Reese Revolution so you're essentially stuck with it.

However, since your 2022 Ram 3500 short bed truck has the OEM puck system you can use the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3600. This 5th wheel hitch has a 25,000 lbs capacity and will mount directly to the puck system for easy installation and removal.

The Companion is compatible with rotating pin boxes. You will just need the Custom Wedge for B&W 5th Wheels item # SWW-06. This will keep the king pin from rotating inside the jaws of the Companion.

I really like the Companion because of its 1" thick dual jaws that will give you a 360-degree jaw to kingpin contact. This system minimizes the chucking, jarring and noise that can occur when towing a fifth wheel trailer. This not only provides a more secure connection but also a quieter more comfortable towing experience.

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3600 weighs 217 lbs and is made in the USA.
