A 1995 Freightliner will not have a brake controller port. In order to install one you will need to add a 7-way, and to do this you'll need the following:

- Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236
- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7

You will first install the 4-flat, which will activate your trailer's lighting functions, and you'll then plug that into the 7-way that comes with the # ETBC7, which also gives you the wiring, circuit breakers, and rest of the hardware needed for installation.
