Can Tekonsha Primus IQ Brake Controller be Unplugged and Still Function

Can I drive my truck if I unplug the connector at the controller instead of at the factory connection?

Yes, you can disable or unplug the Tekonsha Primus IQ part # TK90160 in any way that you like and your truck will still function fine. If you unplugged the controller the harness has all of it's circuits separated and insulated well enough that there wouldn't be an risk of a short between them.
