In order to tow a trailer with a 2022 Mazda 3 Sedan you'll need a trailer hitch, the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24982 is what I recommend. This hitch offers an easy bolt-on install with no drilling required. In order to complete your setup you'll also need a trailer wiring harness, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118808 is what I recommend. Finally, you'll need a ball mount/hitch ball, the Draw-Tite Drawbar part # 3593 with 1-7/8" Hitch Ball part # 19256 or 2" Hitch Ball part # 19258.
In regards to installation, you can install most of these products yourself as they are bolt-on and no-splice. That said, if you don't feel comfortable you can use our local install finder to find a qualified technician in you area. The local install finder is on each of our product pages, I have attached a snip below.
