Yes they will; the Titan chains with V-bar studs you asked about do indeed fit your 305/70R16 tires (the load range does not come into play regarding fit). The correct part number is the following:

- Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains for Wide Base Tires - Ladder Pattern - V-Bar Links # TC3831

The only other thing I highly recommend adding with the Titan Chains # TC3831 are rubber adjusters to ensure a consistently tight fit, the Titan Chain RA10 Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster # TCOA2.
