Recommended Base Rail Kit For A 2006 Dodge Ram Dually With A Husky 5th Wheel Hitch

Question:

Ive got a 06 dodge dully trying to put a fifth wheel on it because I have a husky fifth wheel but the brackets dont match up to the bottom brackets witch seemed to be for dodge except for the one by the exhaust can you tell what should I do ?

I would first verify that your Husky fifth wheel hitch is designed to work with Industry Standard Rails (ISR) with the manufacturer. If not, then they should be able to tell you the exact rails that you'll need. If they can be used on ISR then you'll want to get some new rails for your Husky to drop into.

For a 3500 Dually you'll need the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Dodge Ram # C16420-204. I've attached a short video below where Nick will walk you through the installation on a 2006 Ram.
