Expert Reply:
When installing the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13146 onto your 2015 Acura MDX your 19 inch spare tire will not be able to be stowed underneath the vehicle. There will be no hitches available that will fir your 19 inch spare tire. What you will need to do is go to your local Acura dealer and pick up a 17 inch spare wheel and tire to be mounted underneath.
If you keep your 19 inch tire you will have to stow it in the rear cargo area. The Curt trailer hitch has a bolt on installation and is manufactured in The USA. To adapt your 4 flat into a 5 flat on your 2015 Acura MDX you will need the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter # C57187.
I linked two installation videos below. One of the Curt Trailer hitch being installed onto your exact vehicle, and the other being the wiring harness adapter installed onto a 2010 Acura MDX. The wiring installation will be very similar for your 2015 Acura MDX.
