Yes, but it depends on what kind of gooseneck set up you have in your 2013 Silverado. The Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # C16265 needs a set of industry standard rails and there are adapters for gooseneck receivers.
I saw you were looking at B&W 5th wheel hitches. If you have one the B&W Turnover ball systems with the square receiver you will want the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches item # 16310. The Curt X5 will drop down into the square receiver and provide a set of rails.
If you have a Curt Double Lock system you will want the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitches item # C16210.
The last option with have is for the Curt EZr Double Lock System. If this is what you have you'll need the Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate for EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # C16220.
These are our only options for gooseneck adapters and they all max out at 20,000 lbs so you will be limited to that capacity. If you have something different or have anymore questions please feel free to email me back and let me know what type of system you have so we can find the right parts.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
