Tensioners to Use with Titan Tire Chains part # TC2327
Question:
Do you recommend these supplemental tensioners or a different set for the Titan chains TC2327? It looks like those chains come with a tensioner albeit only one strap - single point of failure, so would these multi-point tensioners be better? This is for a Toyota Sequoia Platinum with 20 inch wheels P275/55R20. Also, these tensioners look like theyd have less risk of scratching, but dont want to use them if thats not advised for some reason. Thanks in advance.

Helpful Expert Reply:
A set of tensioners like the part # TCMA3 are a great idea with the Titan tire chains part # TC2327 that you mentioned. Since these are rubber they would not scratch your wheels at all. The Titan chains don't normally require additional tensioners but it can't hurt to use them and they will help keep the chains nice and tight on the tire.
