Recommended Trailer Hitch/Wiring For A 2023 Jeep Wrangler

I just purchased a new 2023 Jeep Wrangler and I am interested in installing a trailer hitch onto it. I see you have three options. Which one would you recommend? I also need a trailer wiring harness as well. Please advice

Out of the trailer hitches that are confirmed to fit your 2023 Jeep Wrangler, I recommend The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98856. I like the etrailer hitch over the others because it has a matte black powder coating. This coating will hide scratches and scuffs better than the other competitor hitches like the Curt and Draw-Tite which have a gloss black power coating.

When installing the trailer wiring harness, I recommend The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118786. I like this harness over the others because it has a more reliable converter box, which will give it a longer run time than the other competitor's harnesses. To further assist in your towing matters you will also need The Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45554. This kit includes an 8-1/4 inch long, powder coated ball mount with a pre-torqued hitch ball; hitch pin and clip; hitch receiver lock with keys; hitch cover; and a storage case.

I attached two installation video links below on both the etrailer hitch and the T-One harness being installed. The hitch is being installed onto a 2021 Jeep Wrangler and the T-One harness is being installed on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler but the installation will be the same for both on your 2023 Jeep Wrangler.
