Recommended Adapter Rails to Attach the Curt Crosswing to the Ram OEM Prep Package

Hi I have a 2022 Ram 3500 67 bed short bed with the Ram OEM Puck will this hitch work with my Truck also will I be able to turn without having to have a slider hitch

To attach the Curt Curt CrossWing Lightweight 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # C86JR to your Ram's underbed puck system you'll need the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C29BR. This adapter drops right into the pucks for a quick installation.
Since you have a 6-1/2' bed you will not be able to make a full 90 degree turn with the Crosswing. This will not be able to replace a sliding hitch.
If you do not have a sliding hitch I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3670. The Companion will fit the Ram prep package. has a 20,000 lbs capacity, and will give you 12' of travel for making tight turns and backing into spaces.
