Firestone Coil-to-Air Spring Conversion and Compressor System For a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500

Question:

I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD . I just had a Fisher snow plow installed and they also installed rough country leveling kit . Looks good when plow is on but when plow is not on and especially when hauling my trailer truck rides like way high in front and my headlights are way high . I believe they put 2inch increase leveling kit in front . I was wondering if this would lift back upto 4 inches to match when towing and not running plow and I could lessen air to lower back to level when plowing and not towing ?? And when not doing either could just run truck straight level by adjusting air ???

Adding the Firestone Coil-to-Air Spring Conversion Kit # F2595 on your 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 will allow you to level your suspension when towing or carrying heavy loads in your bed. While this will not actually increase your suspension like a lift kit it will make up for the sag in your current suspension due to having a suspension system that is at least 13 years old.

I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ to control the air pressure in your air springs. This system allows you to make changes from either the included wireless remote or from your smart phone using the Air Lift app. Most importantly this smart manifold will monitor the air pressure while you drive and keep the air pressure within 3psi of your last setting. Then you will not have to constantly worry about the air pressure.
