Trouble Setting Temperature on Furrion Arctic 12 Volt Side by Side Residential Style Refrigerator

we cant get the temp set on our furrion frig in our 2022 grand design tralior . the model number is FCR16DCASA-BG 15.6Cu ft arctic 12 volt side by side residential style refrigerator

I have attached for you below the troubleshooting section from the owner's manual of the Furrion Arctic 12 Volt Side by Side Residential Style Refrigerator FCR16DCASA-SS. If you still continue to have problems with the unit you'll need to reach out to Furrion directly as we do not carry this unit. The closest replacement we offer is the Everchill RV Refrigerator part # WAY44FR.

Please note, the following is also listed in the manual for startup, "To ensure the normal operation of the refrigerator, we recommend that when you start your refrigerator for the first time, set the temperature of the refrigerator compartment to 41 °F and the freezer compartment to 0 °F.". There is also a section of the manual which goes over setting the temperature so be sure to look this over as well. I have emailed you a link to the manual found online.
