It depends on the loads you are putting in your 2009 Ford F-250. The Timbren Suspension Enhancement Systems for F-250 rear axle have the following capacities: 6,000 pounds for part # TFR250SDF and 12,000 pounds for part # TFRTT350F.

If the total weight of what is in the bed of the truck and the tongue weight of any trailer used is less than 6,000 pounds, use part # TFR250SDF. If the combined weight of what is in the bed an any trailer tongue weight is more than 6,000 pounds, use part # TFRTT350F.

The part you were originally looking at, part # TFER350, is for a Ford Econoline Van.
