Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e88AR is a fit for your 2007 Ford F-350 cab and chassis truck. I really like this hitch because of the durable matte black finish since it does a better job of protecting the hitch than the classic glossy black finish we see on the other hitches.
If you don't already have wiring I recommend checking out the Tekonsha Universal Wiring Kit # 18252 and then wrapping up your towing setup with the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-514 because it's a heavy duty ball mount with height adjustments and a 16K towing rating which exceeds the trailer hitch but goes to show how tough this guy is.
