The Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, # 118427, and the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness, # C55106, are basically the same harness from two different manufacturers. The main difference between these two harnesses is that Curt uses surface-mount technology (SMT) which is newer technology from the older through-hole technology.
The Curt harness also has higher amp ratings of 3 amps per circuit for the stop and turn lights and 7.5 amps per circuit for the tail lights. The Tow Ready harness only has 2.1 amps per circuit for the stop and turn lights and 5 amps per circuit for the tail lights.
I recommend going with the Curt harness, # C55106, because it uses newer technology, has higher amp ratings and it will save you some money over the Tow Ready harness. I have attached an installation video on a 2011 Honda CR-V for you to check out. The video is for the Tow Ready harness, but the installation will be the same for the Curt harness.
