I do have an alternate suggestion for a hitch though based on current stock levels (11/8/22).
For a hitch with identical capacities and installation method you will want the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e56AR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid.
