The Valterra RV Water Pressure Gauge # A01-0110VP will only show you the pressure of the water coming into your camper. It does not give you the ability to regulate it. For that you will need either the Valterra High Flow RV Water Pressure Regulator # A01-1114VP which will regulate the water pressure to 50-55psi. Or the Valterra Adjustable Water Regulator # A01-1117VP will allow you to adjust the water pressure to your preferred pressure between 15psi and 65psi.

Based on your description it sounds like you have the K-Source mirror set part #KS3891-2 so for the replacement ratchet straps you'd want the #KS3891STR and then for a single mirror you'd want the part #KS3891.
